Payment Policies

  1. Payment is due at the time of the cleaning. Please place your payment (cash or check) in the yellow envelopes we provide to our customers and the crew supervisor will pick up your payment and bring your payment to the office.
  2. If we have an agreed way to enter your home (key, garage code, unlocked door, etc.) to clean and we cannot get in to your home due to no fault of our own, you will be charged a lock out fee of $45.00.
  3. The fee for a returned check is $30.00.
  4. If you cancel a cleaning for whatever reason (illness, house repairs or renovations, vacations, etc.) and you want us to return on your next scheduled cleaning day you will be charged $30.00. The longer you wait between cleanings the longer it takes us to clean your home.

All additional fees are subject to 7% NJ sales tax.
