Payment Policies

  1. Payment is due at the time of the cleaning. Please place your payment (cash or check) in the yellow envelopes we provide to our customers and the crew supervisor will pick up your payment and bring your payment to the office.
  2. If we have an agreed way to enter your home (key, garage code, unlocked door, etc.) to clean and we cannot get in to your home due to no fault of our own, you will be charged a lock out fee of $45.00.
  3. The fee for a returned check is $35.00.
  4. If you cancel service for two months or more, you will be charged an hourly fee at your next cleaning.

All additional fees are subject to 7% NJ sales tax.
