Budget Home Cleanings Terms and Conditions

1. Payment is due at time of service in the form of check, cash or credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
2. There is a $45.00 lock out fee if we are unable to gain access to your home, through no fault of our own.
3. If for what ever reason a customer cancels service for 2 months or more they will be charged an hourly fee.
4. There is a $25.00 returned check fee.
5. If you must cancel a cleaning PLEASE let us know as soon as possible.
